NEBCO construction brands include: NEBCO, Constructors, Ready Mixed, Concrete Industries, and Watkins.
Helps manage complex projects including brand consolidations and cross-company operations
Assists graphic designer on print and digital design and layout
Writes the monthly company newsletter and bulletin
Assists HR team with recruitment efforts across industries
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT:
Watkins Brand Consolidation - Partial Rebrand
After a year of preparation, NEBCO merged its four concrete block companies, which all operated under their own unique business brand and model, to one brand, Watkins. I was part of the lead team of three people who oversaw the merging of not just the digital and physical brand, but also worked to ensure sales, IT, accounting, and other operations were aligned and prepared for the brand launch on February 2, 2026.
